Pendry Manhattan West

We checked in on December 2, and from the very beginning the experience was exceptional. Huge thanks to Luis and Violet for their outstanding service — attentive, warm, and truly professional. I would also like to thank the front desk team member (unfortunately, I didn’t catch their name) who upgraded our room to a better one at check-in. It was such a wonderful and thoughtful surprise that set the tone for our entire stay. Thanks to the amazing team at Pendry, our stay was truly comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be back!

The Pendry’s location is top notch, right next to the train station and in close proximity to the high line and everything midtown has to offer. The rooms themselves are very spacious and the bathroom is quite nice as well (though the shower doors should open out not in to keep water inside the shower). The gym is also quite nice but can get crowded if many people are in it at once. Only negative we had at the Pendry was service. Managers were nice, but the doormen did not come to hold open the outside door once for our many times coming in and out of the hotel over the long weekend (even when we left with bags). They often just stood around by the door conversing. The breakfast was also often slow to get service, and service itself was very inconsistent and lackluster. Overall, a very nice, clean hotel with an unbeatable location but just many small misses with service to truly earn five stars. I would come back, but I also wouldn’t be averse to trying somewhere else.

Wonderful stay! Great service, staff was very professional and attentive. Rooms were the perfect size and layout, clean and cozy. Loved the location too. Nice area to walk around with the Hudson Yards Mall, The Edge and The Vessel nearby. Hudson Yards subway is walking distance too and very convenient to use to get to other places in city. Highly recommend!

You can’t get a bad room at this place. Gorgeous property, well maintained rooms. Even the smallest room is spacious by nyc standards. Great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed and pillows. Here, you get understated luxury. This is my third time staying here, and I will happily return.

Just stayed at The Pendry Manhattan West over the weekend and my experience was AMAZING! First off the hotel is gorgeous, contemporary warm vibes! The staff was attentive in every way. Daniel, one of the managers went above and beyond to make our experience memorable! HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be returning!

Overall, the room and hotel is stunning. We had a skyline king on the 19th floor and loved the decor and layout. Whoever decided to have separate rooms for the toilet and shower (both with sinks) was brilliant as every couple will appreciate this. That said, there were a few things that lost a star for us. First, no one came to clean our room after our first night and we had to call to get it cleaned/new towels. When we called, they asked “is the room dirty?” And it’s like… no, but this is a 5 star hotel charging $1k a night so can’t yall make the bed, take out the trash, and replace our towels? Odd. We also paid $50 for the absolute worst room service burger I’ve ever had. I mean rock hard burger and bun, like it was microwaved to death rather than actually cooked on a grill. Lastly, the Pendry Bar served some truly terrible drinks. The bar tender was talking to her friends at the bar the whole time and didn’t know how to use a bar spoon to properly stir up a cocktail. Like I said, it’s a beautiful room, comfortable bed, classy hotel, with a great concierge in a great location. But for a weekend trip, we just kept finding little things that felt low quality.

Every team member was professional, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and memorable. Nothing felt overlooked. Every interaction reflected first-class service and a sincere commitment to guest comfort. Pendry New York delivers luxury not just through its beautiful space, but through its people. The staff’s dedication, kindness, and professionalism elevate the entire experience. I left feeling genuinely cared for and already looking forward to returning. An outstanding hotel that sets the standard for excellence.

Amazing place, beautiful rooms, amenities amazing. The service was great, room was quite the architecture is on point my experience while staying was outstanding! I was comfortable, the location is great and I have no complaints.
